Gate & visitor control
Entry and exit discipline, visitor logs, vendor and delivery checks, and a clear rule for who gets in after hours.
Home / Services / Security guarding
Core vertical 01
Guards, supervisors and mobile patrols for residential, commercial and industrial premises — deployed under a fixed command structure, so a post is never left empty because somebody did not turn up.

What's included
A guard alone is not a security plan. Each deployment starts with a post design: what is being protected, which entries matter, and what the guard does when something is wrong.
01
Entry and exit discipline, visitor logs, vendor and delivery checks, and a clear rule for who gets in after hours.
02
Key registers, vehicle movement records and material in-out checks so nothing leaves the premises unaccounted for.
03
Documented beat rounds across the site — parking, stairwells, storerooms and perimeter — not just a fixed chair at the gate.
04
Fire safety, evacuation support, first-aid escalation and a written escalation path that reaches a supervisor, not a voicemail.
05
Daily attendance and occurrence reports, with photographs where the situation calls for it. Your audit file stays complete.
06
A named supervisor who knows your site and your gates, with round-the-clock cover and relievers already on the roster.
How we work
No guard is deployed before the site has been walked.
We walk the premises with you, look at entries, blind spots, lighting and shift patterns, and agree what the post actually needs to do.
You get a written deployment plan: number of posts, shift timings, reliever cover and a firm monthly rate.
Every guard clears six checks — eligibility, Aadhaar, police verification, medical, role training and grooming briefing.
The team arrives in uniform with a site briefing on day one, and the supervisor is present for the first shift.
Attendance, incident reports and a monthly review with you. If a post is not working, we change the plan, not just the guard.
Where it fits
Different sites need different posts. These are the ones we deploy most often.
Questions
PSARA is the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005. Any agency deploying security guards in India needs a licence. Ours is current across Maharashtra — ask for the number and verify it yourself. Using a licensed agency keeps your own compliance clean.
Relievers are part of the deployment plan, not an afterthought. Weekly offs, leave and emergencies are covered from a roster we maintain for your site, so the post stays manned.
Yes, on assessment. We absorb existing staff where their documents and police verification can be completed properly. Anyone who cannot clear the six checks is not deployed.
It depends on shift length, post type and location, so we quote after seeing the site. You get a firm written rate rather than a per-head number that changes once the contract starts.
Usually within a few days of the survey. Larger or multi-site deployments take longer, because screening and training come before deployment — not after.
Next step
Book a free site survey. We will walk the premises, tell you where the post should sit, and give you a firm written rate — with no obligation to sign.
